That's absolutely fine. We're as happy to help with those as we are any bigger project.  Just give us a call. If we solve it over the phone (if it's really that simple) no worries and probably no charge either!

Again that's absolutely fine. We'll help you scope out what the work might be.  If you need dedicated resource for a long period of time or delivery of piece of work, once we're committed to you we'll deliver. And we won't take on other work that might in any way jeopardise our ability to deliver for you and your business.

We can do a daily rate or on project delivery.  And we'll try and do that within your budget.  How much we'll charge is dependent on the scope of the project or issue. We'll always try and match your budget, while showing you the value we can add.

And if you're in the charitable sector you may well get a bit of a bargain.

We can do either. It'd depend on the project and what you want. But dealing with people often requires we're there to meet and speak with them and your managers. So we're happy to travel across the UK and globally too.

Yep sure. We're not a recruitment consultancy but have great track record in delivering everything from volume hiring to senior execs. We can partner with your internal or external recruiters as needed.  We're pretty gifted at helping assess talent, once we've understood your business and needs of course.

If you're looking for training program delivery there are probably better people out there for that.  But we can help you define the training needs, And we can always point you in the direction of some great trainers.

So are we. We'd always tailor our support to you. Helping a smaller business get it's people and HR right is immensely rewarding.  Indeed we admire small businesses that take the time to invest in their people.  And we'll never overwhelm you with HR bureaucracy or BS.

We can do. But we're not employment lawyers. If you've got an employment dispute then we can advise on how to handle it pre-any legal action. We can also point you in the direction of some great legal advisers.
